Of course I still have the masters etc, and the files are still online, but they can't access them any more. Then whenever I get around to it I archive it on frame. I allow them 3 months to access the final files, then send them an automated email checking they've grabbed the files because if they need them resent then there is a cost. I've also had clients try to link back to a frame delivery video without downloading, despite my best efforts and big bold wording to the contrary. Whilst storage is cheap and plentiful it does cost. When I send a client a download link they should be able to access that link and re-download the file anytime they want. It just reeks of a lack of human respect really.
